It is important not to get bogged down with the visualization and rigidity. Just take a moment to feel the sun occasionally and invite the blessing of its energy.

Opening: Greeting the Sun

Connect: Open your crown chakra extending up like a cone inviting sun energy down through the top of your head, down your spine, your heart.

Complete: Feel the pure energy warm your heart, and expand out through your body, and then out creating a strong shield around you. Know that you are guided and protected!
